If you’re dealing with high-output thermal jobs where you can’t afford to wait around for things to warm up, these lamps are for you. We built this specific setup—1260mm long, running on 220V at 3500W—specifically for those long, linear heating zones where you need the heat to be steady and even across the whole surface. The power side of things 3500W stretched over 1260mm is a lot of energy. It hits materials much faster than those old-school quartz elements. Since we spec these at 220V, they plug right into most industrial grids. No need to mess around with bulky step-down transformers. Just a heads-up: the power density here is pretty intense. Make sure your wiring gauges and control relays can actually handle the draw. If you skimp on the wires, you’ll see voltage drops at the ends of the lamp, and that’s a headache you don’t want. Why carbon fiber? We went with carbon fiber instead of metal coils for a reason. It spreads the heat way more evenly across that 1260mm span. You know those annoying “cold spots” you usually get at the ends of long tubes? Those are pretty much gone here. Plus, carbon fiber reacts instantly. The moment your PID controller cuts the power, the temperature drops. It gives you a level of control that feels tight and responsive. Getting them installed These are great as drop-in replacements for most large drying or curing ovens. But keep in mind, 3500W generates a massive amount of heat. Don’t mount these too close to any plastic parts or low-temp wiring—they’ll melt. And if your ventilation is sluggish, the trapped heat will eat away at the lamp’s lifespan. I’d strongly suggest adding a dedicated cooling fan to the reflector housing. It keeps the internals cool and stops your gear from burning out way too early.
