That’s where spiral carbon fiber IR lamps come in. Think of them like this: instead of a straight line, the heating element is wound into a spiral. This packs way more emitting surface area into a tiny space. It means you get a lot more heat density exactly where you need it. Speeding things up Carbon fiber just works differently than those old quartz or halogen tubes. Because the radiation is concentrated, the lamps hit your target temperature much faster. And when your heat ramps up quickly, your cycle times drop. It’s a win for your productivity. But a word of caution: don’t just throw a high-wattage lamp into a machine that isn’t ready for it.
