Power, Voltage, and Dimensions—Straight to the Point

This is a shortwave infrared halogen heater, designed to deliver fast, focused heat. Most setups run at 400V and 2500W, packing a serious punch into a compact 300mm active length. That power level isn’t random. It’s chosen to hit the right temperature fast, in a small space, so the ink cures cleanly without turning the rest of the machine into a sauna. The 300mm length matches the cure zone exactly, which keeps the heat even across the whole print. Push the wattage too high without proper cooling, and you’ll end up with excess heat that wears parts out faster. So, if you’re spec’ing this lamp, just make sure your system’s airflow and cooling are ready for 2500W at 400V.
